CNA Examination Reviews/Workshops

**Additional Cost of ($112.00) for the State Exam.**

 

Examination reviews and workshops are available for those persons whose State of Connecticut certification has expired or for those persons who have never taken the state certification examination, but have completed an approved Nurse’s Aide training program. 

 

If you are a student who is interested in enrolling in the examination review, you must present documentation or evidence of attendance at and/or completion of an approved school or training facility in order to gain admittance.  If you a Certified Nurse’s Aid (“CNA”) whose certification has expired and are interested in re-certification, you must present an expired State of Connecticut license or registration form in order to gain admittance.

 

Upon completion of the examination review and/or workshop, the student-CNA and the re-certification candidate are prepared to take and are eligible for the state certification examination.  Having passed the state certification examination, the CNA will be placed on the state registry with an “active” status.  Please, note that state examination fees are not included in the review and workshop fees and are the responsibility of the student and re-certification candidate.
